Rental Information

The Scotts Valley Cultural & Performing Arts Center is available to rent by community groups, schools and companies.

The performance space has a full stage (40'Wx28’D) + approximately 20’ of wings on both sides.

There are 264 theater seats + room for 10 ADA + 10 companion seats in front.

We have a baby grand piano available on stage.

Choral risers are also available.

No food or drinks are allowed in the performance and seating area.  Water is permitted.

Snacks and drinks are allowed  in the lobby area.  It’s pretty big (50’x20’).

A Facility Manager + Custodial fee are required for all rentals.

The Facility Manager can set up a mic and provide standard house stage, audience and lobby lighting.
